We run six sessions per week.

WHAT IS BOOTCAMP TRAINING?

Bootcamps as a form of training are very varied; it can be anything fromboxing to circuit training, cardio to strength training.

We do all the workouts outdoors in the woods, by the beach or in parks. We take the training to you.

WE HAVE FUN!

That training should be fun,  is the highest priority for us. If the training is not fun, it will not be done, and our goal is that you should never get tired of our bootcamps.
